Shipping policy

He Has Style ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and what you have ordered. You will see the exact cost before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery usually takes a further 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are.

We work with a small group of partner brands and each item ships directly from the brand that makes it. If your order contains items from more than one brand they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You are only charged shipping once.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel ships. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email support@hehasstyle.com and we will find out where it is.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We cannot control carrier delays, weather or public holidays. If your parcel is running late, write to us and we will chase it on your behalf.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. If a parcel is returned to the sender because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can resend it once you cover the reshipping cost.
